The Vision of the Autism Connection

August 11, 2009

The intention of this blog is to offer options that can lead to a more vibrant life through the use of  suggested resources, healing foods, treatments and schools.  My hope is that you can take self care steps to improve the life and the health of you and your family.

We will be taking a look at the Holistic, “whole body health” approach.  Choices for Autism, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerated Colitis, Diverticulitis, Celiac Disease, Cystic Fibrosis and Brain Nutrition will be available on this blog. You are invited to add your wisdom and inspiration using the comment boxes on each page.

About Me

Cam Arizona 005

I have spent most of my life being what I call a “Hunter-Gatherer.”  When something catches my attention, I love to research every aspect of  what I consider to be a possibility for self healing.

It is my belief that we have been provoked into taking good care of ourselves.  Our current economic and health care situation, along with simply “not getting better,” spurns us all to start paying attention.  It seems to me that becoming as independent as possible and taking responsibility for our own health is an excellent start.

My interest in intestinal health and the brain started with my nephew who nearly lost his life to Crohn’s Disease; he is only 28 years old.  Unacceptable!

My nephew did a lot of research on Crohn’s Disease and found  a  book called “Breaking the Vicious Cycle” written by Elaine Gottschall B.A., M.S.C.   This book caught and held my attention.  It started me on a journey of exploring the many benefits reaped from following Ms. Gotschall’s diet theories and convinced me to change my own diet.

I am the Author of the “Utah Guide to Healthy Living”, as well as the “National Guide to Alternative Health”.  I have hosted a weekly radio show that interviewed whole health providers.  I spent 3 years working for Brain Harmony.  The company offers an advanced form of Bio Feedback used to balance and harmonize the brain.

At present, I own “Marketing for Gurus.”  I create blogs and videos.  My typical client is a whole health company owner.  I also build blogs for my own use when I am called upon to share what I have learned.  My blogs provide a forum for others to share their information.

It is my desire to help educate the public on the multitude of whole health choices and to help make sense of it all.  Perhaps with some education, folks can provide their bodies with enough healing power to  reclaim their vibrant health.

Today I baked a carrot cake without using a single grain product.  It actually turned out really delicious!  I now cook using only almond meal.  For someone that really doesn’t cook, I’m doing alright and so will you!

Stay tuned for recipes that can and will make a difference in the clarity of your brain and the purity of your body.

Warm Regards,

Cam Williams
